    International orders

    Wi-Spy Australia does not ship to International countries. Please try Metageek for other available sources.

    Shipping & Delivery

    We normally use Australia Post Express for delivery of our products. You can get an exact quote on shipping by adding the products you want to the shopping cart and checking out. You will not be asked for any information just yet - it will first give you a quote for shipping. We endeavor to ship on the same business day as the order to ensure that you receive the purchased items on the next business day (within most metro suburbs). However, orders placed after 3pm Australian Eastern Standard Time run the risk of not shipping until the next business day. If you are uncertain, please give us a call and we will confirm shipping and/or delivery time. Please note that Express Post Platinum services require a signature on delivery.

    Privacy & Security

    All information you provide to Wi-Spy Australia will be kept within Wi-Spy Australia. We will not sell this information to third parties, nor make it available to them without a court order. In other words, we only use the information you provide for shipping purposes and to contacting you if we find anomalies in your order. It may be possible that we email you special offers - but we hate spam as much as you do, so it is unlikely that this will exceed a couple of emails per year. Please note that no credit card information is stored on our servers. That information is directly handled by credit card processing company.

    Returns & Replacements

    We like to think we are nice at Wi-Spy Australia. If any product you purchased from us is misrepresented, faulty or does not meet your expectations please give us a call. We like talking to people who are calm, so don't stress. We will come to an agreement, even if it means returning your purchase for a refund.


    We currently accept payment via Credit Cards through PayPal, bank transfer and business cheques. All these methods are available once you checkout.

    Viewing Orders

    If you purchased products as a "Guest" you will not be able to view your past orders. Please contact us directly in this case. If you registered, you should have received an email with your registration details. You can log into the "My Account" link at the top of this page to update your contact details, view current & past orders and more.
